Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Chat Space Counselling, we understand that life can get busy and plans may change. To ensure fairness and to respect the time set aside for your session, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your session and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your session fee. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Your Appointment
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are not eligible for a refund. This is because the time has been reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations limit our ability to offer the session to someone else.

Non-Attendance / No-Show
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment any time before the 48-hour window without penalty.
