Couples Counselling

Relationships can be hard at times.

Even strong ones.

Life gets busy. Communication breaks down. Small things build up. And before you know it, you’re not on the same page anymore.

Sometimes it feels like:

• You’re having the same arguments over and over
• You’re not being heard
• Things feel distant or disconnected
• You don’t know how to talk without it escalating

You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

A Space to Reset and Talk Properly

Couples counselling isn’t about picking sides.

It’s about creating a space where both people can be heard — without interruption, without judgement, and without things turning into another argument.

My role is to guide the conversation, slow things down, and help you both understand what’s actually going on underneath.

What We Can Work Through

Every relationship is different, but common areas include:

• Communication breakdown
• Ongoing conflict
• Trust issues
• Feeling disconnected
• Parenting differences
• Life stress impacting the relationship

How Sessions Work

Sessions are calm, structured and practical.

We can meet:

• In the Jimboomba office
• Or online if that suits better

The focus is on helping both of you:

• Feel heard
• Understand each other better
• Learn how to communicate differently
• Move forward in a way that feels right for both of you

A Balanced Approach

I don’t take sides.

Both perspectives matter.

The goal isn’t to prove who’s right — it’s to understand each other and find a way forward.

Starting Can Feel Like the Hardest Step

Reaching out for couples counselling can feel uncomfortable.

That’s normal.

But it’s also often the turning point where things start to shift.

If things have been building up, this is a space to slow it down and work through it together.
